Seller: $5.00 for each domain listed
Buyers: $2.00 to make an offer on a particular domain name ( You will pay only one time to make an offer and this will allow you to make as many offers as you want on that particular domain name. However, for each different domain name a fee of $2.00 will be charged )
[edit] What if somebody backs out?
Anybody who doesnt sell or buy after reaching an agreement will be blacklisted here and will never be able to sell or purchase a domain name again using this page, so please think twice before offerig a price and before accepting one. Also there name will be listed here under a section " BlackListed "
[edit] How does the process go?
All the domain offers will have to go through this page. Buyers and sellers can communicate with me using my email and I will post them here ( buyers and sellers cant communicate directly as this defeats the whole purpose of this page ) I will email each party of any progress that is made regarding the domain name they are interested. Once a Domain is sold seller has 48 hours to transfer the domain name to the buyer and the buyer has 48 hours to pay for the domain once the offer is accepted.

The owner of this page wont be liable for any damages that occurs during the domain name buying and selling process. The owner simply acts as an agent on behalf of the seller and the buyer and holds no liability towards either party.
Both parties, seller and buyer, agrees to the disclosure above and agree to pay the fee for the service this page provides.
